At Kirkwood Body and Bath, we strive for excellence in our products and our customer service. We want you to be happy and feel good about using our products.
In most instances, a replacement item will be provided if a product is received in a damaged or poor condition or if the product is unsuitable for the use it was purchased for upon the return of the item. If an order does not arrive due to being lost or damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent and refunds will only be issued in extreme cases.
Goods should be returned in the original packaging within 21 days of purchase. Opened or used items can only be returned in exceptional circumstances.
Refunds may be given under some circumstances if agreed to by both the buyer and a Kirkwood Body and Bath representative or distributor.
